Sigfried "Zaggy" Donno is the twin brother of Ziggy, and the two couldn't be further apart. Taking more after their mother, Zaggy is a deranged, enigmatic, wizard with powerful black magic running through his veins, and a flair for the dramatic. He spends his days practicing his foul sorcery, and making use of it on whatever unfortunate fools cross him. Zaggy takes great pleasure in tormenting his targets.

...At least that's how he likes to present himself. Zaggy isn't nearly as evil as he likes to pretend he is. In reality, he's usually a playful prankster at worst, and is usually too petty and clumsy to be more than an annoyance who knows how to put on a show. However, he's still not one to take lightly when he's given reason to focus. A master of illusions, transformations, and alterations, he's a fan of giving people what they deserve in the most over the top way he can. He can't stand people who bully the weak, and has a strong sense of morals.
