Itaxa is a frost coyote from the high northern areas. He can create and manipulate the weather around him creating small amounts of snow/ frost/ ice but only what is near him not the weather as a whole. His magic comes from his species which is odd as he decided to leave his pack. He is a trickster and always playing some form of fun prank on his friends.
