One of Shooting Star's younger sisters, and the slightly elder twin of Blazing Star, Twinkling Star is a cute little filly who doesn't like to sit still. She's a successful attempt to create a new alicorn artificially, but is unaware of such a status; instead, she thinks she's a pegacorn (unicorn/pegasus hybrid), not a full-blown alicorn.

Twinkling Star has been transplanted as a character; hew new identity is Hannah Harel.
