well I was bored here have some information

Name is basically Test 28 soul experiment

the soul experiment was a group of scientists (name unknown) took the souls of people that had powers that had recently died and used them to create artificial demon shingami or resurrect the extinct heartless demon species. The only known successes in this particular experiment are Koori and t028se.

Heartless demons are a particular demon that went extinct in their world, they are supposed to wear masks and have a hole showing they lost their heart. They will eat the souls of living beings and souls of the departed making them very dangerous as you have to break their mask to destroy them
