Cherokee is a juvenile Stormsprite, and he is usually pretty calm and mild mannered. He’s very friendly towards everybody, and will accept anything, really. He has his own territory, but he doesn’t really rule it, more so he watches over it (sort of like a protector) and tolerates 0% bullshit from others. If a harmed/endangered creature wanders into his domain, he will care for it, until it is ready to leave (or if it chooses to stay, then so be it). If a malignant creature approaches however, Cherokee will chase it from his territory and make sure it never returns.

Stormsprites are known for their incredible domain over wind and rain, Cherokee however, has very small control over it (he’s still a juvenile). The best he can do for now is small tropical storms with raging wind. What he can do, is charge electricity and release it in small bursts. The skin under his scales is radiant cyan due to this charge (like his paw markings and his crests). If he choses to, he can shift his scales lightly and emit a soft glow.
Other noticeable powers are his powerful tail, and his fiery breath, stronger than anything in at least 200 mile radius (idk I’m kidding, but it really is powerful)

His crests are mobile, they can be raised or drooped when flying and/or displaying emotions. His tail feathers are mobile too, his claws are semi retractable. His hearing is very sharp, but his sense of smell is no better than a common dragon’s.
