My most iconic pony character, and the first subject for my serious drawing, Shooting Star, otherwise known as Comet, is a young medical student at Komodo University, located within the frozen north of Equestria. He's a hybrid pony, specifically an arion; a mixture of earth pony and unicorn. For his strength and smarts, he can be pretty idiotic. He's a family man, though; he became a surgeon because of his father, Falling Star, who suffers from cardiac atrophy, and he tends to respond very quickly with violence when something threatens his family, a habit he's having difficulty overcoming.

I've recently gotten out of MLP, and as a result Comet is being converted from pony to human. I haven't decided on his new identity, seeing as I can't decide on a new one for him, but I'll get it.
