Vala is an in your face and loud kinda girl, always the centre of attention, and will quickly rectify any situation where she's not. Though she has an upfront attitude, and can seem rough around the edges she has a good heart, and cared deeply for those she shares a friendship with.

Due to a rather rough upbringing she has a little bit of a checkered past, and the police records to prove it, she's stolen them, too. She likes fast cars and accents, double barrel shotguns and strawberry flavoured icecream.

Despite the obvious black mark in her history, Vala has found employment, though not through any need to reform, but just to pay the bills safely now she's settling down. She works at DeerTek as a secretary, bringing much needed caffeinated beverages to the staff, collecting the many folders of data and dealing with the CEO not wanting to leave work on time.

Her boyfriend, Alexei, was none too keen on her working there, though it fit with her waking hours (late till early), but she found a solution for that, and now her dear russian bear works there too as security, while Vala sneaks him cakes from the tearoom.
