What is there to say about Rob?

He's a sharply dressed and well spoken gentleman. His halfblood status seems to be pretty much disregarded in its entirety by him. His father was a German Shepherd and his mother was a Siberian Husky.

Now, dogs are perhaps notoriously not picky with racial purity. That being said he had the unfortunate habit of being called a mutt in his youth. Being a strong willed man, Rob took it in his stride. Eventually he assumed the label as a strength rather than a sign of weakness.

He is a gentleman, trying to lead by example but knows all too well the madness that can ensue with too many chefs at the pot, so he does take a step back from the fray if things get too hectic to allow others the chance to spread their wings and crow for a while.

Rob doesn't put himself forward because he thinks he is better than anyone else. All his attempts to lead come from a sense that he is good at it and wants to make a difference. He has no sense of superiority over others, he simply does his best to do the best that he can. Which of course has greatly annoyed people in the past.
