This is Francesca, newest Coronet Cutie and Maylene 's younger half-sister. Like Maylene she was also Hoenn-born, hailing from Sootopolis City before she too moved to Humilau to live with Maylene.

Like Maylene, she also likes wearing skirts and short shorts. But she isn't as showoffy.

She also loves pets pretty equally, she isn't just obsessed with one type of it. She is also the one who got Maylene her Skitty as a birthday gift.
