Boulder is Cold's spirit, a Class B Vengeful/Tormented. He appears to be made completely of ice, with his tabby markings on his head and body as well as the pupils of his eyes appearing to be cracks in the ice. Most of the time he is shrouded completely in mist, with only his head showing; that's shown on the top. The bottom shows him without the mist around him.
