Duke only goes by one name; Duke. He is a southern man born and raised, and has only one living family member to speak of; his daughter, Artemis. Duke is soft-spoken and withdrawn when alone, though fits well into large groups. He prefers to stay solitary and finds little enjoyment in socialization. He works at a clothing store for money, though he has a certain fondness for fixing up old cars and reselling them to locals in need. Duke is afflicted by lycanthropy, which he manages by raising and feeding on cows and other livestock to avoid attacking humans, which grieves him because he loves animals.
