I really should have chosen a better name for them, but here you go: the Adventurous Threesome! Constant the thief, Siril the assassin, and Ceryl the ranger!

The three would prefer to call themselves an "adventuring party", but the label "thieves for hire" could be equally applied. While most adventuring parties have a handy blend of talents, the Threesome leans towards stealth and subterfuge. Between Constant's wealthy upbringing, Siril's violent training, and Ceryl's nature, they take on jobs indoors and out that require a certain measure of discretion. If those jobs require theft, murder, or spying, they're not going to question it. And if they can't find work, well, there's no harm in striking out on their own for a while, until they find a new job, or have to leave town.

It was the homophones, Siril and Ceryl, who met up first. The elf needed a guide through a particularly rough patch of woods, and the sergal provided. Constant joined in later, after the pair discovered a job requiring someone with more larcenous abilities than either of them possessed.

Their relationships are... complicated. Ceryl may be good-natured, but he's also naturally abrasive and not at all afraid of pushing his size around. Constant doesn't stand for any of the sergal's bullshit, and is always sure to make sure her opinions are known. Siril prefers to stay quiet and watch when things heat up, throwing barbs here and there to keep the balance between the other two. Despite all this there's genuine respect and trust between the three, and the recognition that together they'll be much more successful (and longer-lived) than on their own. That's as close to friendship as they'll likely ever get.
