Baxter is the executive officer on Wally and Vivian's right hand man. His upbringing was very proper due to his mother's training. Unfortunately it made him a very submissive child. As an adult he had a hard time adjusting to everyday situations due to being too submissive and passive. He eventually gained some confidence and assertiveness when forced to be in groups of female Azorran b groups.

Baxter refers to acquaintances and older folks as Sir or Madame.
He rarely uses blue language in everyday speech.
