Rakceyen (pronounced Raa-keen) is a member of a native tribe who has lived in secret in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado. The tribe is a species called the Weikin (vee-kin) meaning "wolf kin" in their language.

Rakceyen is the local gunsmith. He sees himself as an inventor, and has invented numerous weapon designs. Some work and some don't, but he tends to keep the concepts to build on them later. Although a gunsmith, he is not a hunter.

He is one of only a handful of Weikin that can speak fluent English.

He is very interested in human technology, but despises humans for their wasteful ways.

I consider Rakceyen to be my fursona.
