Turpis is an ugly genderless skull monster. He can shift his height and weight, seeing as most of him in non-corporeal, although he is mostly shown as such. There is no meat in his head accept for his tongue, dry and cracked. His "eyes" are just right glowing orbs, and if in the right position, can be seen in his mouth or nasal cavity. No tail. He is 1 of 2 bone beasts, the other being Mortuum.
