After the Holy War Michael founded his Asylum in order to "cure" vile creature such as demon and turn them into pure beings such as himself. However, he still has human patients, though they are rare.
Unfortunately Michael himself isn't mentally healthy and a man of many secrets. He is an angel, but you might not want to trust him due his twisted views.
