Pein used to be a very great warrior, but he is since retired. His greatest friend, Cortoz, works at a brothel. Pein keeps to his small shack out in the middle of nowhere. He farms and feeds himself as well as hunts for his own food. He rides a great silver elk into the forest for hunting.

Pein is very easy to anger and actually always seems to be in a sour mood. However when it comes to his elk or Cortoz he is very complacent and submissive.
