Personality
Cool, distant and extremely self-serving. Vincere does what he wants, when he wants, however he wants and does not care what you think about it. Extremely proud and does not take being told what to do, Vincere has grand plans and does not like to be told what to do by others. He, however, severely over-estimates himself from time to time. There is no "actually soft inside" for him, but it is possible to make him warm up to you.
Likes the color red.

Story
He was once born mortal, but coincidences - and perhaps fate - led him to abandon his mortality. Once considered extremely gifted mercenary he was tricked by a demon to challenge an angel to a fight, and despite all odds he won, but was mortally wounded himself. Another demon stepped in, realizing the worth of someone who could even as mortal match angels, and told Vincere to eat the flesh and drink the blood of the angel he had slain to acquire immortality.
These days he works to further his own plans.
In the story much of what happens is his doing.

Demonic powers
Vincere is not a true god as he does not require worship to survive (in this 'verse "true" gods need worpshippers and worship to stay powerful) but since he is fairly unique case as a demon too he can be classified as a deity or a demon of sorts.
He is a hunger demon and suffers from eternal hunger. He can devour anything, even things that do not count as matter, and while 'eating' sounds fairly lame as a super power it is actually extremely versatile skill. After eating something he can either assimilate it to be part of his essence or he can simply store it until it is needed. He targets powerful demons and deities to ingest their powers.

Trivia

• His motifs are different eye symbols and different dark red colors
• Does not actually bleed - underneath his human appearance there is actually only black slime-like substance, and cutting him just causes that to spill out, he actually has no real blood at all.
• That slime-like substance is also leaking from underneath his eyepatch (and he never takes off his eyepatch)
