Neon is well.... Neon. She's wild and loud, always loving having fun. She's mostly friendly to mainly her friends unless someone else is in need. She hates seeing people sad and always tries to cheer 'em up by making them laugh or something. Neon does like helping people. Sometimes she goes into random depression states, but her friends can normally bring her back. Like her name, Neon is a bit bright. Again, that's mainly around her friends. She's a music addict and mostly always have her earbuds in. Neon is very random and outgoing. Surprisingly, she becomes very shy in public places such as class rooms and stuff. It's an odd habit for her. She'll only forget she's in the public place if her friends are with her. They bring out a different side of her as you can tell.

Her favorite candy is either Sour Skittles or Kit Kats. Yesh.

She likes to make new friends, so feel free to talk to her. She may be shy at first, but she'll soon warm up to you
