Alaric is last survivor of the Rangers, a group of nomadic bounty hunters. Alaric and his group go wherever thieves, monsters or anything that threaten innocent lives may be. They use ancient powers against the hordes of evil and promote justice of their own.

At an early age, Alaric possesses the powers of his ancestors made clear by the terrifying glow of his left eye. Although his eye presents no complications with his health and it is a common trait in his people, he has been the subject of gossip among his people for being unable to control his power.

Tired of his life of condemning wrongdoers, Alaric wanted a chance to live as a normal person and settle in a peaceful town. Going against his brothers wishes, he ran away from the group, leaving them for a few months. Half a year later, he received news that his group got slaughtered by a bunch of mercenaries. Angered by the loss of his old friends, Alaric sets out to avenge them.

He succeeded on his mission but placed a great toll on him. Using most of his power made him unstable and dangerous around people. Simply opening his left eye gives him immense strength and agility. However, this gift is temporary and weakens over time.

Alaric resumed his duties as a Ranger to atone for his absence from his group.
