Skylore is one of many in the collection of the hiveminds of Zalgo.

He can only be out when Zalgo is not out. What does that mean, you ask? Well, there is a sort of "hammer space" so to speak where the hivemind were locked away by Zalgo- because he was tired of them interfering with his work. When he needs their council, he lets them out one at a time, or communicates with them via a magical scroll that exists in the hammer space and in his realm.
