Helix is from a very wealthy family. He was a early bloomer (meaning he hit his maturity form before he was 20). He matured at the age of 18 which is very rare. His mother and father are very proud of him and try to flaunt him around to every female (who are already matured). To try and find him his mate. They usually keep badgering him to marry his best friend Ano. But he refuses to marry anyone he doesn't choose. He eventually runs across a Ullion female named Kaneda (age 25) who is a very late bloomer and hasn't hit her maturity form yet (Ullion's will avoid late bloomers because they believe that those Ullion's will only produce weak offspring). He is instantly taken by her beauty and confidence and asked her to be his partner to see if they are compatible. She is hower taken back and surprised he would even ask her but accepts his proposal. They date for a few months and he eventually asked her if she would accept him as her mate to which she replied with a "yes". His family however did not approve of the female he has chosen and refused to accept her telling him to either choose her or them. Which he chooses to give his family to stay with her.
