Ra'el is a hybrid of many species, but mainly he's an human-feline-hybrid.
The lines and runes seen on his arms and legs are somewhat fluid - they can change color and form depending on his mood, on different situations or even locations. He's a calm character, who is pretty fine with being just himself and a lonesome, but also enjoys some company and doesn't mind a good party.
