This here's Vance, he lives in a computer world full of programs. He was a glitchy VBA program and was put in the trashbin until Inspector found him and decided to fix him up (hence the glowy parts)

He's really cheerful and tries to be helpful. Loves video games and going into them and exploring. Likes to help others. Pretty clumsy since he's so young and naive.
