Infamous multi-mass murdering serial killer. Thats pretty much all whats needed to describe this guy.

Personality: Sporadic, Somewhat unpredictable. If you somehow manage to become someone he considers friendly he can also be a bit of a goon and an idiot. If you're someone he's gonna hate, or you insult him at all, you're in for a bad time. He can be extremely aggressive and he is very instinct based, not really considering the consequences before his actions. He's very dominant and loves being in control of situations. He /CAN/ be intelligent when he needs to be, but most of the time it's backseat. He loves guns and pretty much any weapon. He's a little OCD when it comes to murdering, tending to like cleaning up after his crimes. He can be a little bit cocky and a little bit of an ass, but thats usually if he doesnt know you. Likes to impress people, but not always in a good way.

He is immortal, in some ways. But more in ways similar to a video game character. He can die, but he always respawns or regenerates after a while due to a run in with a witchdoctor.

Appearance: Caucasian, Brown hair, blue eyes. Cowlick on the left side of his face. Three scars across eyes. One across left eye, two across right eye, all vertical. Two horizontal scars on his nose bridge, large stitched glasgow smile from ear-to-ear. Another large scar just above his left foot. Various smaller lighter scars scattered across his body. He also has a tribal tattoo of a phoenix on his back. Rather muscular and chunky in appearance.

He is in a relationship with a dark-skinned female police officer called Dray. And the two of them often get involved in some pretty kinky shit together.
