Miranda's family pushed for her to be the best since she was a child. She graduated high school with honors at 16 and was promptly sent off to college to get into medical school. For two years she suffered the stress of studying and working to please her parents until it all came to a crashing halt. A world that Miranda thought only existed in the fiction section ran into her. Literally.
