Deep within the forbidden histories of Avalion, there was once a tale of a feral spirit that betrayed the powerful Five, gods who brought order to the new world, The Purelands. Within her exile of Avalion and the Purelands, the demoness Kya cursed a select few of Avalions to be her followers and playthings. Obedient and demonic, they ravaged the lands and destroyed settlements for no reason, purely for the sake of destruction and chaos. Amoung them was Airc, ancestor to Arkon. The spirit of his cursed ancestors resides in the untapped portions of Ark's soul and should he release it, his transformation returns to the forgotten wild side of his bloodline. His self-control is lost, his conscience is mute and his soul is sapped of any and all sanity. His temperment returns to blood-lust and savagery. No known outbreaks have ever been recorded in the present era. But the urges arise every once in awhile, clawing at the inner base of Ark's mind, beckoning for the release of Airc, his curse.
