As a Seer of Breath, Veleno is able to "see a path to freedom" in any situation. The definition of 'freedom' varies depending on the situation itself, but he will use his knowledge to guide someone out of a problem. Before reaching God Tier, he is only able to advise people on what to do regarding a particular path. When he reaches God Tier, he is able to see things on a wider scale, using the knowledge of how certain choices will effect other people's freedom to guide that person through the choice that gives the most freedom to the group as a whole.
If you need to get out of a relationship, he will guide you into being free of that person. If you're having money problems, he will help you find a way to get free of the debt. He can't give people freedom, he can only guide them through their troubles.
In rare cases, if he and a friend are stuck in a temple with no way out, his powers will allow him to 'see' an escape route and act accordingly. Even if it means explosions.

He's a very good listener, and enjoys solving any kinds of puzzles. Has a brilliant mind, just can't be bothered to use any of it.
