Title: Rogue of Blood
As the Rogue of Blood, she can enhance and strengthens peoples friendships as well as keeping bonds/promises strong between people. This is usually done by her challenging/pushing someone's limits. She can also take bonds away from some people, and give them to someone else/cause one bond (usually a destructive one) to weaken while strengthening a more positive one.
When she achieves God Tier, she is able to take it to a more literal sense. She can enhance a persons (usually trolls) blood born abilities. E.g. if a Yellow blood had Psionic powers, she could use her ability to 'enhance the blood', and in turn make the Psionic powers almost double their original power. Being around anyone automatically 'enhances their blood' by about 10%, which can be both good and bad, depending on the person. This also means that she has some control over her own blood born abilities, but she cannot enhance her own strength.

Personality: Under that face paint is an empty stare. She's very precise and almost robotic in everything she does, to the point where any slight deviation to her routine causes her to flip her lid. silently Demanding and forceful, enjoys watching others suffer (even if her face doesn't show it).

Quirk - Replaces all e's with pound signs ( £ ), all o's are 0's. Adds the word fuck or a variation of it for every 4 words. Doesn't capitalise any letters, yet uses punctuation. Misses the g's off at the ends of words. She'll capitalise everything and misspell words when in a rage, as well as add an abundance of the word fuck as well as variations, to the point where a 2 word response could have several fucks in it. When calm or serious, she will capitalise the necessary letters and not say the word fuck or it's variations at all.
This sometimes leads to her saying an unnecessary amount of fucks in short sentences, especially if she has been calm for a long time.
