I wanted to create a "mascotte" for a story I'm making and here he is!
Hallow it's not a common cat, since he has little magical powers (telekinesis most of all) and can talk.
When he's outiside, in the crowd, the third eye is always closed. When he opens it, his telekinesis power gets... well, powerful xD
