Fiery Dance - Taught this advanced move at a young age by a special tutor (and with some help from his mother) it has always been one of Victor's favourite attacks. He loves the way his movements are both beautiful and deadly at the same time.

Flamethrower - By using his fire lung and taking a deep breath Victor is able to unleash a jet of flame to a maximum of 25 feet away. The closer the target is to him the more damage it generally does.

Morning Sun - Inherited from his father Victor uses his flames to intensify the suns rays and rejuvenate his body. It is most effective from first sun rise to noon time, and is completely ineffective once the sun has set.

Psychic - Gifted this TM by his ex-wife, Victor is now able to unleash a strong telekinetic wave from his mind. Severely screwing with his opponent and hurting them quite a bit in the resulting backlash.

Funds: A majority of his funds were earned in contests around the Poké World and he currently holds shares in a company called Grinding Rocks Co. which grants him a steady income. The exact amount is withheld due to reasoning from his lawyer.

Personality: Victor is a fairly casual guy and overall has no need for formalities and posh circumstances. He is able to adjust to them easily enough, but prefers to 'walk around with his feet in the sand,' as it were. As such he is very easy going in many situations and is often the last one to loose his cool and freak out. This does not mean he is a stick in the mud. In fact he rather enjoys going to social gatherings and being part of events. He's not to over zealous in showing when there is something he enjoys, unless he thinks no one is watching, but makes it obvious when ever he appreciates something. Or someone.

Recently he has come to be a little cautious around women in general, and will ignore anyone who is a rock type. Merely turning his head the other way he will continue on as if no one is there, though if they continue to pester him he may freak out and try to run.

History: Victor was born in the ash-riden town of Fallabor in the Hoenn region, at the northern foot of Mt. Chimney. His father, a Beautifly, ran the in-town Contest Hall and was Head Judge for many a contest. As a result from this exposure to such fabulous talent Victor was encouraged at a young age to practice for these contests, even if no one thought he would get any where with them. Much to both his parents surprise Victor showed a promising future and he was taken to tutors to help him learn high appealing moves, though by the end of the sessions only managed to master Fiery Dance. Which in itself was an accomplishment.

This achievement began to draw in some bigger crowds and by the time Victor was the age of 18 many came to Fallabor to compete, and maybe get the chance to compete again Victor himself. Who had earned quite a reputation going from his young prodigy self to a now internationally recognized performer. One day Victor was approached by a promoter from Lilycove and invited to participate in a three day performance event where gjinka from all over the world would be gathering. Done once every five years Victor eagerly accepted the invitation and packed his bags.

Upon reaching Lilycove the festive air was so incredible it was hard not for any to be excited. There were vendors selling their wears and streets acts were moving from place to place at regular intervals. After checking in to his hotel Victor had decided to go look around, seeing as every other day he would be busy with preparations and performances. At a technical stall he literally bumped into someone and nearly knocked them over, apologizing several times. The woman said there was no need to do so and was gone moments later. Only the following day did he learn who he'd bumped in to. Guenivere Rock, a rather pretty Shuckle gjinka who was inheritor to 'Grinding Rocks Co.' A company dedicated to the mining of fine gems. She'd been invited as a guest judge to show good faith for the Lilycove Bash's sponsors. Needless to say Victor and Guen hit it off right away.

By the end of the three days Victor had earned himself a girl friend, along with the prize money from winning second place in the Fire Category.

Four years later at the age of 22 Victor proposed to Guen, who was in inherit her father's company a year later, and they married seven months later. Thing were going very well for the both of them. They travelled between regions to the different locations of Guen's mining company, and when ever they were in a town with a Contest Hall they always made arrangements to stay long so Victor could participate. He was always pleased to know that he hadn't lost his touch, winning a few as they went but not every one. Of course they did begin to reach the point in their relationship where both were wanting children, Guen and Victor only to pleased to get started.

It was one of the few things keeping Guen happy because her company was starting to go through a low period. By which it was being hailed as the worst company with worker employment and how they were treated, constantly being bashed by the media Victor did his best to comfort his wife. But things took an even harder fall upon them both learning Guen could not bare children. On one particular evening Victor had been comforting her about how he understood her sorrow, and to his great surprise Guen lashed out at him. Leaving a thin cut across his lips, which to this day has scared over. Instantly apologizing Victor forgave her.

Things only kept getting worse from there. Workers began to rise up against Guen and her co-executives, and when ever she got the slightest bit angry Guen would take her anger out on Victor. He never fought back and always tried to calm her down.

It finally reached the point where Victor had no longer been able to reason with Guen and he pulled away from her. Seeking a lawyer he did the one thing he'd never dreamed of doing, filing for a divorce. This was abuse at a level where Guen just couldn't see what she was doing and Victor no longer wanted to be apart of any thing like that. Though he would have settled for merely breaking apart his lawyer (a Zubat) persuaded him into taking shares from Guen's company so he would have a constant income. As well as a sizeable fee for the abuse he had taken, the exact amount was not disclosed to the public file records.

Victor had tried to return to his every day life in Fallabor, but Contests and performing no longer brought the joy to him it once had. Seeking an escape Victor booked a ticket away to Poyi Island in hopes of relaxing and just forgetting about the last few years. Officially retiring in a big news event in Fallabor before he left Victor vowed never to perform again.
