+Ability:
Psychic assault
An extremely quick move that to the naked eye appears to teleport him up close to his opponent for physical attacks. The move it’s self is limited to 3 times as it’s very draining slowing him down with each use.

Telekinesis
The use of his ability varies in strength and power as well as recoil. Lifting a small rock mentally is near effortless, But to move something larger like a boulder or a vehicle it puts a great strain on his mind as well as using it for complex things such as maybe using it beyond his field of vision, trying to move something he can’t see. Overuse and overexertion causes anywhere from mild headaches and nosebleeds to disorientation and blacking out – comatose even as his brain takes on the strain more so than his body physically. Due to such a taxing and typically painful ability he prefers to use more physical attacks.

He’s always been independent and rather distant from his family, From Old Town they have their customs and beliefs he doesn’t exactly agree with. He a bit more face paced likes to keep moving, always looking to keep his body or mind busy- And so he practices much Parkour throughout the city as it requires a lot of physical activity and quick thinking. Due to his hunger for constant mental stimulation he’s pretty smart, More less stereotypical straight A Asian student. He keeps it simple though no special classes as he has to work incredibly hard just to keep his ‘A’ average. Yuzuru’s a very friendly and kind person and would much rather talk than fight. He’s very easy to get along with despite his distant mentally reserved self. He can be rather sure of himself at times thought that doesn’t always work out for him at times.

+History:

Yuzuru was born into a very old fashioned family in a home with his mother and father and grandmother and grandfather.

They didn't discover he was deaf until he was three and really wasn't talking. And he lived life fairly normal in special classes where he learned to sign and rarely spoke. He was afraid of his own voice and how dumb he might sound.

There was a surgery he could get to fix it, but his parents were firm with he was perfect the way he was and they didn't need to alter him so he could hear.

Yuzuru hated that he couldn't hear, And began to grow angry with his parents figuring they just liked a child that was quiet and rather dependent on them. He hated how so many other children around could laugh and play and do things outside when he was the only deaf child for miles and miles away because his parents didn't want to leave old town or take him somewhere where there were more like him.

So children made fun of him and mocked him, and those that tried to play with him were just put off by his silence or abnormal laughter and so slowly began to avoid him because children just didn't understand.

He felt isolated and alone, and he was. He grew up without friends in a silent world. The person closest to him was the American woman that taught him how to sign and read in English. His family never bothered to learn, communicating with him mostly in writing or him learning how to read lips to understand well enough.

At age 13 he ran away from home to the jewel district where his Aunt was. Having married into money she took him in and eventually he just moved in with her and her husband. Both unable to have children they took him in and treated him like a son. Even went so far as to learn as much sign language as they could. Due to this- Yazuru grew further and further away from his own mother and father and it created an animosity between his mother and aunt as his mother accused his aunt of turning him against the family or - 'buying' him.

While they did buy plenty for him having more than enough money to do so, they also loved him and gave him the attention and effort he had craved as a child.

They paid for the surgery when he was 15 wanting to make sure that's what he truly wanted, and it was. The high tech cybernetics that were installed left viable wires and jacks on the back of his head on both sides behind his head but he didn't care, he could Hear. It took him a little while to get use to it all before he began practicing speech and pronouncing words. But it came fast enough by 17 he spoke fine with an odd accent at times, but he was attending regular school, He still shied away from people not sure how to interact but he made some friends.

He picked up on English even faster than Japanese as his uncle was also an American so the language most commonly spoke at home was English, while at school Japanese.

All the while he was just a very active child needed a way to burn off energy growing up he was often found climbing trees and anything he could, running all over the place. It eventually led to his interest in parkour or Free running.

After the incident with the Zita facility, seemingly uneffected Life went on like normal. He moved to metro city and got an apartment to attend college, his uncle pulling some strings to get him a job translating for big companies weather it verbally, Sign language or english to japanese so he could get some extra income while in school as well as meet people in the business world and get a foot in the door for his computer engineering career- having always been fascinated with technology he's quite good.

His ID Mate can sync up to his hearing implants so he can hear the phone calls, music and audio in his head as it's the device that processes sound for him, And at times he's accidentally picked up on radio communications and others phone calls
