History: A long time ago, an egg was underneath the ice of winter in January. The egg was stuck beneath the surface, still it was warmer closer to the earth down below that it was up upon the surface. With the warmth provided to the egg, it hatched into a small burst of glowing bubbles.... revealing the Shiny Mew that would be known at Viene, a Water Spirit...
Her birth happened a long time ago, back when the mortals was just starting to stray away from the goodness of the original form of life. She would swim in the rivers and give good fortune (or so it was told). Seeing her meant good luck and a blessing for clear water. That was back when the cities were just starting to rise... As a few years rolled by, and by a few I mean a lot, her sighting wasn't as sought after for the sake of good fortune, but as to catch or caged. She was a blue mew, a gem like that would be wonderful for a decoration in a tank right? Picture it like how people try to catch and claim a mermaid. Her appearances started to wane merely for the sake to protect herself.
She would travel through into the ocean more and more to help keep her visibility little. Sailors would help her remember her past, using her sighting to be a good omen. She would lead lost ships back to harbor if she could or at least point them in the right direction... However, as much as she loved all the forms of water, her heart was in the rivers and lakes and waterfalls. The ocean had its perks, and it also made it a lot easier to avoid pollution or to fight against it... Upon going back though..
Many years had passed during her time out in the ocean. It was now much closer to present day... And the rivers were deadly. The lakes were filled with trash... Dams were built.... Sewers..... Everything Veine had hoped would be gone had went for the worse.......
It was killing her. She grew weaker yet... sicker... and she tried her best to fight back the pollution... and yet it was too much and she had to leave.... poisoned with pollution, sick from trash, weak from fighting... She had tried to go back to the ocean after a few good years of fighting the pollution and found that the oceans were following the same horrible path as her rivers.
That's why she left the waters she knew, to save herself, to get stronger, and planning to return for her things, collections... and a try to fight back against pollution once more.

Hobbies:Verry LOVES to collect shiny things, feathers, and other objects of interest. She also loves to swim, float around on one of her bubbles, or just fly in general.

-Sexuality wise? She is more free and open about that, like water. However... she might find herself happier with someone who identifies themselves a Male more than female... She is still open to all (aka. Pan).
-Her tail is longer than her body :dummy:
-She likes to use grasses and plants to pull aside her hair. What you see it all that there is.
-Those white spots are actually apart of her fur btw.
