A two headed anthro dragon, which is somewhat rare as is. Typically two headed dragons are the same species but for some odd reason these two aren't.

Standing about 6’10” this two headed dragon, from what you can see under their clothing is apparently split down the middle with a light purple stripe that defines the split between them, it’s barely noticeable on their exposed skin in between their two halves. Startlingly colored, their fine textured skin is bright red and blue on the two sides, the scales so small it feels more like slightly slippery skin. Their hands are four-digited with thick fingers tipped with black claws, the hands and arms the respective colors of the side that they are on.
The left handed side and slightly more defined muscular structure and heft shows that this head and side of the body is probably male. that is if it wasn't for the large breast jutting out from his chest. His side is covered in pale miniscule blue scales while ghostly white belly scales start at the nape of his neck, and flows downwards over his one blue-tipped breast ending inside his inner thighs. Obviously an ice dragon, pale wisps of cold mist drift down off of his skin and behind them on humid days.
The right handed side is a bit more feminine, covered in miniscule bright red scales with rose colored belly scales starting from her chin, down over her one black-tipped breast and ends inside her inner thighs. A fire dragon, with scents of heavy perfume to cover up the slightly sulfurous smell which follows her.
Their shared prehensile tail lazily extends from their lower back extending from there shapely rear for all of around three foot, the tail-tip is quite prehensile and actively curls around their ankles or against furniture as they move around. Further below the pants the twins four-digited feet are exposed in a set of large leather.. glove shoes? Well, whatever it is it looks like it was made custom to fit their hand-like feet, it resembles a pair of half-finger leather gloves. The thick clawed pseudo toe-thumbs stick out of the sides through a hole while their long finger-like clawed toes scratch a bit at the floor.
