A melanistic Latios, made to be the most beautiful dragon in all the land, period, by a separate sect of Team Flare. This was both a success, and failure.

Her normal colors are a matte grey, though with the gift of color change, she can become glossy and beautiful, as they wished. Her true colors are said to be phenomenal, though something that only appears when she uses Soul Dew

She was born a Latios, though finding that the given ability color change actually worked, they decided to do further experimentation on her, blending her with the genetic code and female parts of a a Latias, so she,herself, could produce young for further use. Her name was also used mockingly, it stems from the fact that they didn't really know if she was a new pokemon (Bred from many different latias and latios, and a few bits of other pokemon here and there), so they didn't know what to call her. Latias? No, not the right body type, Latios seemed most fitting, and pokedexes also stated she was a latios. But names like Laties,Latiis, and Latius were also used.

Team Flare stuffed her full of rare candies so she'd quickly and easily reach level 100, though that was the worst they've done to her. She was not maimed, or tortured, in fact the breeders took care of her fairly well, at the end of the events with the ultimate weapon in the far away facility, they even decided to let her go free, especially as they havent had enough funds to keep her in her vast enclosure and with the other pokemon.
She's been free for only two weeks.

This character was originally set as a parody-sue character. Which is why she has the ability Color Change,etc,etc.
