Obsequy is catfolk necromancer. He's not the sort of necromancer who deals with the undead (They give him the willies), but more of a corrupted healer. He manipulates life energy and uses his knowledge of the body to harm as well as heal. I could probably quantify his spells using various game systems, but I'll just break down the effects he can create and his skills.
He's fairly private and evasive, but curious about odd physical conditions and surprisingly invasive when investigating them.
He's been known to run from skeletons, dragons, and the occasional hail of stone and flame.

Spell Effects

• Healing: He can heal wounds, and cure illnesses and poisons.
• Harming: He can pervert his knowledge to cause pain, disrupt the natural functions of the body and cripple victims.
• Pestilence: He can generate illnesses and disease, as minor as the common cold to creating tumors and growths (with a lot more time and energy).
• Siphon: He can extract the vitality and well-being from one living person and use it to heal another.
• Divination: He's not an expert in scrying and such, but he can use similar effects to make a non-invasive study of a living person.
• Resurrection: Obsequy knows this art, but is leery of using it. The version of the spell he is familiar with requires the sacrifice of another equivalent(?) life to restore the lost one.
• Minor Reanimation (Cantrip): As an at-will ability, Obsequy can animate a small portion of otherwise inert flesh matter, where it's part of a creature or... detached.

Skills

• Medical Skills: Obsequy is a skilled physician, and can diagnose and treat most illnesses and conditions. He's adept at surgery and vivisection.
• Weapon Skills: His primary weapon is a sturdy shovel. His back-up is a dagger. He's defensive skills are dodging and running away. He's surprisingly fast.
• Grave-Digging: Obsequy is an experience grave-robber, stealing
• Thievery: He's good at stealth, lock-picking, and squirrelling items away on his person, etc.
