La Rosa is a stoic myth from the border towns of Mexico and Texas. With a whispered past of brutality and murder, this former mariachi now runs with the Two-Horn gang as the muscle (obviously!). He totes a modified shotgun with an array of blades under his tacky blanket-turned-poncho. The reason for his nick name is up for debate though much of his attire has rose emblems, such as his belt buckle and embroidered on the inside of his hat.

La Rosa takes the form of a gila monster.

His english is very poor and often says absolutely nothing if he can help it. His immense size makes him a bit clumsy, and his claws have become too large to use pistols. It's shotguns or fists when it comes to this guy.
