I plan to draw s/he as both as I develop the character more.

That being said, s/he's very quiet for being a spirit of Halloween.
S/he doesn't really enjoy scaring people... and actually gets spooked rather easily.
Halloween is fun, but this little creature would rather just stay home when the holiday rolls around.
