Are... somehow related... most likely evolved from the same common ancestor.
He is slightly bigger than housecat sized Razzel, about the size of a medium sized dog, 30ish pounds (your average border collie). He's a herbivore and pretty harmless.
Razzel and Dazzel are both pets of Mazz's or seen as wild animals in the Triassic era. While Razzel chirps and churrs mimicking bird sounds, Dazzel only grunts and hisses much like a turkey vulture.
