Name Origin: Never being one to live in the same place for a few years few things have stayed the same for long. One thing that has stayed near constant in my live is the presence of crickets. When I was little the field behind my house had them, and then they were in Texas, where I lived after that. After moving back to California they were no longer a part of my life but it was one of the few things in my childhood that were constant. I have many stories and memories related to them. Even if it seems silly, it does mean something to me.
