Biography:
Fallout was the leader of a relatively average herd which found it's home in a desert, dry and sandy, with their only source of water an oasis in the center. On the outer skirts were grassy hills with few trees and outside of that, massive pine forests. They lived within a territory with three separate kingdoms, similar to The Edge. A dark kingdom, light kingdom and neutral kingdom. He was the king of the neutral, though he was infamous for sneaking around within the dark queen's land. Though he was a diligent leader when his mind was focused, he was often distracted by other, more dangerous matters with the kingdom next door.

Said dark queen was Mausoleum, content with her sadism and cannibalistic nature. They'd been close friends, and actually had a fling, from which they may still harbor feelings for the other. However, if they existed the stallion would never admit to them. They spent several years dawdling in the affairs of others, responsible for quite a few corrupt deeds.
Despite his relations with the sinful mare, Fallout chooses to remain a neutral presence, as that is how he's always been, despite his past affairs.

Quirks:

• Appears to have no definitive understanding of relationships. He'll show as much affection as he wishes however the line between a stranger and a lover is rather blurred to him.

• If you aren't of interest to him, and he has no business or plans with you, you don't matter.

• Seems to have absolutely no problem with watching or even partaking in horrific activities such as murder, he seems to simply not care about moral values.

• If he isn't with Mausoleum or doing anything important, you'll usually find him at Shyamal.

• Feeds upon the energy and reactions of others. Whether you're excitable, depressed or otherwise, he will likely reciprocate or mimic your emotions.
