Leader of small faction of “Roughnecks” (union-sanctioned miners of Macbeth).
Skilled tactician. Uses archaic hand signals to coordinate dissidents, practices comms silence during skirmishes. Intel theorizes hand signals are a hold-back from early mining signals between groups of workers using fluorescent gloves when speaking was restricted by breathing apparatus. Further research required for tactical advantage recovery.
DO NOT ENGAGE IN CLOSE RANGE COMBAT. Heavily armored and skilled combatant. Uses heavy and small archaic ballistic weaponry, ammunition stores and supply unknown. Favors a pair of large pistols over most other weaponry, theorized due to lack of mobility when armor is activated and heavy weaponry is used. Further research required for tactical advantage recovery.
Unknown number of followers/supporting combatants, but all skilled with some form of ranged weaponry. Guerrilla tactics common. Exercise extreme caution on any and all approaches. Further research required for tactical advantage recovery.
Pilots a heavily modified D-class Ferryman spacecraft recovery and salvage mobile armor. Suit capable of short bursts of extreme speed and is considered space-worthy. Research shows suit only effective against infantry and light armor, aircraft extremely effective in deterring further aggression.
Capture/eliminations operations limited to experienced candidates only.
Compensation will be discussed on a name-your-price basis.

Personality-wise, Skipper is very much a good ol' boy-- polite and pleasant at times with a love of liquor and a mean streak a mile wide at others. Rowdy and sarcastic as well, known well for the constant ribbing and friendly harassment of his crew. Heartily stubborn, headstrong, and not one to back down from most fights. Jokes about him mostly focus on the fact that, had they not forced him into armor, they would be following charges lead by a brain in a jar, cigar firmly gripped in it's lid and swearing merrily the entire way.
Skip holds a complete and thorough disdain for authority figures, ironic in that he's a bit of one himself.
Skipper is not his real name, rather one that his culture dictates he have while in charge of a group of workers. Roughly translated, it means "captain." His real name is currently unknown.
TL;DR: Look, a starfox fancharacter and a lot of story gooberiness!
