A human dreamed by the Bubble Dreamer by sheer accident. She proceeded to make herself useful by appointing herself as an "organizer" for Polokus' dreams with her own bubble wand.

Eliza has a bit of a stocky build. Living a very active life, she has considerable strength, mostly in her thighs and legs. She lives in wooded, jungle areas and works very hard for her daily routine, but won't pass a moment to eat or nap if possible.

Eliza also makes candy from various fruits, many of which are hallucinogens that she is completely unaware of.
