Tech is a friend of Solo's. Rhythm didn't really like him talking to Solo, his sister, so he attempted to attack him and only managed to ruin his tail. Tech is rather scared of Rhythm since he's done this. He cannot move his tail at all, or feel it. ...He also can't feel his butt, since his nerve had to be disabled around his tail so he wouldn't be in pain anymore. The wires hanging from his tail are dead wires. He likes to build stuff like machines, but is awesome when it comes to building robots and repairing.

Distinctive Feature(s): The markings on his face and arms can glow. He has crystals in his ears and on his chest that can also glow. He has one big wire exposed on his tail that has a bunch of tiny wires in it.
