Warren is the clan leader of a sparse group of werewolves that are doing the best that they can in the city as it continues to grow about them. He's very strict and likes to keep to a set of rules that are incredibly outdated but heavily enforced. His daughter is Marie and his nephews are Eloi and Nick.
