Frankie is a GELF from TITUS (the Intergalactic Truckstop Universe and Setting). Part of Androgenus' batch 19 of experimental GELFs, Frankie was designed for a leadership role in a team or squad of security officers. To that end, Frankie was designed just short of being a (then and now illegal) military model-- his skin is resistant to small arms and weaker energy weapon fire, his body regenerates far faster than most GELFs, and he possesses a strong, dense, compact frame (to avoid liability, Frankie is registered as an artificial security assistant with most databases in civilized systems and must identify as such if requested). As with White, Frankie too was fired when new laws regarding "artificial workers" were passed and was also thrown out on his ear with nowhere to go. Frankie has since changed his name (he was formerly "Black") and stuck with White, becoming one of a local bank's security guards.
Frankie grooms himself meticulously, not wanting to spend money on changing his appearance in a permanent manner-- he finds a sort of meditative peace in styling his hair in the morning, even though (as it does with all GELFs) it simply grows back and shifts to it's natural style within a day. In his spare time he likes to watch old movies, gamble, gossip, old rock music, and is currently trying to pick up an instrument (he's very fond of the bass guitar).
Frankie currently lives with White in an apartment on Abden IV and is fiercely protective of his brother.
