Everyone say hello to Theo. He certainly won't mind saying hello back.

A few quickie facts: he lives up in the Pacific Northwest, in a moderately sized town midway up a mountain. Don't bother asking him the name, it seems to change every time, but it's there all the same. Which is good for him, since he can't get enough of the weather, it's perfect for him. Less perfect is the selection at the town's local cinema, which tends to fall far below his needs. Luckily, the wide selection of the local video store keeps him happy otherwise.

When Theo's not busy claiming the aisle seat in Screen 3 or trawling through the horror section (Creature Feature subsection), he's cruising around as a Paramedic for the local ambulance service. It's a decent enough job, despite the crushingly long hours and low pay. His coworkers have a bet going as to exactly how many rings are on his tail; somehow an accurate count hasn't yet been made.

For any other info, you'll have to strike up a conversation with him. Which isn't hard, and he volunteers most everything you could possibly want to know (and quite a bit more).
