Bubblebeam [Water/Special]

• Cody either rears up and tackles his opponent, or slams into them.

Water Pulse [Water/Special]

• Two vines extend from under Cody’s bulb. He may pick up the enemy and slam them to the ground, or slap them.

Bide [Normal/Physical]

• Cody releases a sparkling blue powder into the air, making anyone who comes in contact with it fall asleep.

Ice Beam [Ice/Special]

• Gathers light into his light bulb, then fires a beam of light at the opponent.
• The more light coming from the sun, the stronger the attack.

DESCRIPTION
Cody is a completely normal Ivysaur. There’s nothing about him that’s unusual. He does, however, have an aura bandanna, showing that he has a yellow aura.
Cody is still inexperienced, so he’s not the strongest Pokemon, but is still a valuable member of the team for his friendship, and for his Sleep Powder.

HISTORY
Cody was born to two parents, along with his older sister Amanda and his younger sister Lucy. He lived in the valley where Treeshroud Forest was located. However, things got increasingly rough for the Pokemon living there, as time distorted and the Pokemon of the dungeon right on their doorstep became more aggressive. Things got worse when Cody and his family were captured and put up for ransom. Team Memory, assisted by another rescue team (cameo) were able to rescue Cody, Lucy, and the injured Amanda, but their parents were killed by the team that would later become their enemies, Team Starfall. Grateful for the rescue, Cody joined Team Memory as an apprentice, and has been trailing after them ever since. Cody also befriended Cleo, a primal Pikachu from the future. They both love each other quite dearly, even though Cleo would never admit it.

PERSONALITY
Cody is a sweet Pokemon. He loves to be friends with everyone and always tries to make peace. He doesn’t like violence and prefers to sort things out. He’s very loyal to Team Memory for saving him though, and would do anything for Sarah and Sasha, even if it meant fighting in a dungeon. Overall though, he most enjoys helping Pokemon in need. Cody is a very trusting Pokemon. He doesn’t like to believe that anyone is truly evil, through and through. However, this is his biggest downside. He’ll believe just about anyone, will trust them without a second thought, and will give them lots of chances to change as long as he thinks they can. Since he easily believes in others, he ends up giving them a lot of chances. He’s the first to try and reach out to any villain, but for this reason Team Memory keeps a close eye on him, as he’s easily taken advantage of. Cody is easily confused, being very simple minded, and not particularly smart. In other words, he could be summed up as being a lovable dummy, in a good way. He’s still not stupid though. Cody is known to be easily excitable. He does tend to spazz occasionally. He’s very outgoing, but also enjoys relaxing.
