He is based off of the Hallowicked Music Tour in Detroit, MI for ICP.
Yes, I am Juggalo... yeh.

He talks with lots of dumb rhymes and took cool-kid classes from his dealer.
In short, Hallow is a huge dork, but has a very fierce look to him.
He is also obsessed with clowns. He thinks he can dance.

I had forgotten to post this ref @.@ He was WAY DIFFERENT in the first draft I made MONTHS ago. @n@ Weird how things change when you finally do stuff lol.

He has the bracelets on always, and the plush booze and hatchet are hidden in his belly button[just kidding, but he has them always. comfort doggy toys]
