Rook by Sparra

Rook

Sparra

Name:
Rook
Age:
Unknown
Gender:
Male
Height:
Approximately 14 feet
Weight:
Quite a lot
Species:
Hydra-Gryphon mix (or Hydragryph)

Appearance: Standing at seven feet tall from feet to the top of his body (his neck and heads can easily double this height, if he stretches out), his body is structured like a wyvern/raptor, only gryphon like in nature as opposed to reptilian, with six bird-like heads that end in a bipedal avian/leonine body. His legs are strong to support his weight, the muscles quite visable through his plumage/coat, and his talons are large and thick. His beak, talons, tongue, and skin are all dark gray. He has two large wings, and the body itself is black with white barring in both the fur and feathers, with each head taking on a different plumage/eye color. The plumage and eye colors for each head are:

Emotion/Plumage/Eye

Suspicion/Green/Yellow
Cynic/Blue/Green
Rage/Red/Cyan
Hope/Purple/Red
Chivalry/Yellow/Purple
Romance/Cyan/Blue

Personality: As noted above, each of his six heads is ruled by a particular emotion. However, these heads aren't dominated by said emotion. That is to say, the Cynical Rook can feel hopeful about something, while Hope Rook can feel cynical about something (they may very well be different things). As a whole though, Rook doesn't argue with himself all that much, and each head gets along with the others just fine. He actively avoids talking about his past and family, and generally prefers to keep to himself as much as possible. He does have quite a liking for dark humor though.

Other information:
-If any decision needs to be made that involves dividing the work up between Rook's heads, they draw straws. Shortest straw gets the most unappealing work.
-Rook always has six heads, no more, no less.
-It takes about thirty seconds for a head to regrow. It's not painful, just annoying and unpleasent for him.
-The number of heads that are paying attention to a person directly relates to how much attention Rook is giving that person.
-The head that is the primary speaker towards someone is a cue to how Rook feels about that person. If he switches between heads consistantly, he is unsure about that person.
-Rook is quite straight, preferring females over any other gender.
-One addresses a specific head of Rook by emotion, NOT by color. He tells those he meets of this politely, and will remind them from time to time if they forget.
-One can try to convince a different head of Rook if they're losing an argument with him (or if Rook is becoming hostile toward the person). However, once a head dislikes someone, the other heads generally follow suit.
-If a head likes someone, the other heads are more likely to like someone as well.
-Rook can fly, although it takes a lot of room due to his weight, size, and wingspan. Rook prefers to simply walk if it's a reasonable distance.
